Why I am excited for September, Reason #2
Though, honestly, I am far more excited about this than I am about Glee (gasps!). Here is my review/recommendation for Eyes Like Stars, which is the first book in this series, though it doesn’t really do the book/series justice. It was my answer to a question when applying to college, so it’s sort of blah (blah as in boring. I don’t think it’s blah as in badly written):
I read many novels, but one that I will strongly recommend is Eyes like Stars, the first in the Théâtre Illuminata series. I feel as though anyone who enjoys fantasy, theatre, and literature would be enthralled with this book, as I have been. It is a fantastic tale of mystery, adventure, and the initial sparks of love, incorporating well-written imagery, witty characters, and a number of classic works of literature.
